1. Reservation Management Reservation Changes:

To modify your reservation, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled service. Client Readiness: Please ensure you are ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.

2. Service Policies No-Show Policy:

A 10-minute grace period is provided. If you are not present after this time, the service will be considered a no-show, and the full fare will be charged. Wait Time: If available, additional wait time will be charged at a rate of $1.50 per minute.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellation Policy:

To avoid a $25 cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours before your scheduled service. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be charged the full fare. Rescheduling: A $15 fee will apply to any reservation that is rescheduled or changed.

4. Fees and Surcharges After-Hours Fee:

Services provided between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM may be subject to an additional fee. Additional Stops: Extra stops can be added to your service for $30 per stop. Peak Season Surcharge: A surcharge of up to 15% may be applied during peak travel periods.

5. Liability and Damages Vehicle Damage:

You are financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by you or your party during the service. Cleaning Fee: A minimum cleaning fee of $500 will be assessed for any out-of-service cleaning required, including incidents of vomiting. Lost Items: We are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind in the vehicle.

6. Payment Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure your reservation. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due before the start of your scheduled service.

7. Miscellaneous Smoking:

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Driver Authority: The driver reserves the right to terminate the service without a refund if a client’s behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe.
